IDReady puts privacy first.
Capture, cropping, background replacement, retouching and compliance checks all run locally on your device. None of these upload your photo.
Cloud Enhance in the editor is optional, and it does upload your photo: first to our server, which forwards it to a third-party AI service and returns the result. We ask for your consent before the first upload, and you can decline and keep using everything else.
Our server does not keep your photo once the request completes. The third-party service handles data under its own policy, which we cannot control on your behalf.
We do not collect face data, do not track you, and do not sell data to anyone. Purchases are handled by Apple.
