Common questions
- Will my photo be accepted? IDReady formats your photo to each authority's published specs and checks it on-device before you submit. Final acceptance is at the issuing authority's discretion.
- I bought the unlock on another device. Tap Restore on the unlock screen. The purchase is permanent and restores through your Apple ID.
- Cloud enhancement isn't available. It needs a network connection and asks for your consent before the first upload. Everything else works offline.
- AI generation stopped working today. AI enhancement has a daily usage limit that resets each day.
